On October 31 at 2-4 pm, we will be hosting an outdoor festival to encourage our church and surrounding neighbours. We hope to offer a COVID-safe time of fun and fellowship that will include a “trunk or treat” experience, pre-carved pumpkin contest, free hot chocolate (provided by Second Cup in Hollick-Kenyon), costume photo booth and more!
In light of recent gathering restrictions, we're adapting our Harvest Festival as a come-and-go walkthrough to limit how many people are in our parking lot at one time.
Please stay home, if you have any of symptoms exhibited here. Please wear masks and keep physical distancing
You can bring a pre-carved pumpkin for the pumpkin carving contest. Drop it off when you come, and pick it up at the end (We'll announce prizes for the best pumpkins at the end of event on Instagram - @discoverbethel)
Through our Trunk-or-Treat line, we will be handing our candy, snacks or treats at a distance for everyone’s safety.
Towards the end of the walkthrough, we will have a photo booth setup where you can have your picture taken, and a copy printed for you to take with you.
FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM POSTS & STORIES (@DISCOVERBETHEL) IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE EVENT FROM HOME If you would like to help out with this or have any questions about this event, please don't hesitate to call the church, (780) 476-3762), or email Pastor Cris (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will also be getting the word out to our Bannerman neighbours by delivering bags of coffee and some information about this event.
