Main Idea: The battle belongs to God, but we have a part to play.
Joshua was leading a battle, but the battle wasn't really his, nor was the victory. The battle and the victory belonged to God. Where are you seeing God's victory in the world today? Where are you seeing it in your own life?
When Joshua was in trouble, he took it to the Lord. He prayed in faith and with expectation. His prayer was big, it was bold, and it aligned with the will of God. We are told that God listened! (vs. 14) What big prayers do you need to bring before the Lord?
