Bethel Youth Leaders engage with groups of students in their “tribe” (small groups consisting of either Junior High Boys, Junior High Girls, Senior High Boys, or Senior High Girls). Through Catalyst (Bible study) or Outlet (games, activities, and outings), our Youth Leaders are able to build Christ-like community and disciple students. The role of the Youth Leader is to journey with students as they grow in Christ.
