< Back Children's Ministry Director Selikke Duthler Selikke has been attending Bethel for most of her life and started volunteering in the Children’s ministry in her early teens. She joined the Bethel staff in 2021. Selikke has a great joy for exploring the Bible and sharing God’s love with children of all ages. Selikke holds a Bachelor of Education from The King’s University and has experience dealing with children and youth in a wide variety of settings and situations. Flourish Life By The Spirit < Back Join us in a 10-week journey of studying how the Spirit nourishes within us a life of fruitfulness that goes beyond surviving and coping. It actually can and does, by God’s grace, look like flourishing. Along this journey, we invite you to go deeper in your walk with Jesus through some additional resources. Each week we will look at another dimension for the fruit of the Spirit, following the order and pattern described in Galatians 5:13-26. Maybe they can rattle off the list: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. But do they really understand what the fruits look like in daily life? John Stott prayed every day the following prayer. Consider praying this prayer as you seek God’s abundant life for you in the season to come. “Heavenly Father, I pray that I may live this day in your presence and please you more and more. Lord Jesus, I pray that this day I may take up my cross and follow you. Holy Spirit, I pray that this day you will fill me with yourself and cause your fruit to ripen in my life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Holy, blessed and glorious Trinity, three persons in one God, have mercy upon me.

She has been part of Bethel for many years and is excited to share this role with Nicole. Tara also works part-time as an occupational therapist.
