< Back Youth Director Zach Rayment Zach became a part of the Bethel community in 2024, taking up the youth director role. Prior to coming to Bethel, He was the director of Pioneer Bible Camp near Smoky Lake Alberta. Zach graduated from Prairie college, earning his bachelor’s degree in theology. He is passionate about the word of God and is always down to discuss the beautiful complexity of faith and how it impacts our lives. < Back Pastor of Outreach and Missions Cathy Ferchau Pastor Cathy has been a part of Bethel for almost twenty years, originally becoming connected through Dove Taekwondo. She and her husband Garry are parents to Annaliese, Katie, and Isabella. Cathy is passionate about prayer, building relationships, and pointing others to Jesus. Outside of work and ministry, her favourite activities include spending time with family and friends, listening to music (and maybe singing along), watching sports, and being in nature with her dog. Cathy holds an M.Div. degree from Kairos University (Sioux Falls, SD)/Taylor Seminary (Edmonton, AB). She is a bi-vocational Pastor who also works as an American Sign Language (ASL)-English Interpreter, a profession she has enjoyed for more than twenty-three years. She has been part of Bethel for most of her life and is excited to serve in this new role. Outside of work, she is a busy wife and mother. She is married to Brad and they have 4 very active kids. < Back Children's Ministry Director Selikke Duthler Selikke has been attending Bethel for most of her life and started volunteering in the Children’s ministry in her early teens. She joined the Bethel staff in 2021. Selikke has a great joy for exploring the Bible and sharing God’s love with children of all ages. Selikke holds a Bachelor of Education from The King’s University and has experience dealing with children and youth in a wide variety of settings and situations.
